Manitoba’s Progressive Conservative government promised to cut taxes, hire more health-care workers and boost its crime-fighting efforts in the coming year in a list priorities laid out in Tuesday’s throne speech. Premier Brian Pallister says his party is keeping their promise to Manitobans.
