Mayors opposing Energy East are 'short-sighted': Rachel Notley

Alberta Premier Rachel Notley is criticizing some Quebec mayors for opposing the Energy East pipeline. After meeting with Ontario Premier Kathleen Wynne Friday, Notley called the proposed project "beneficial to all Canadians."
