Harper 'optimistic' freed Canadians will soon leave Egypt

The prime minister says he's confident two Canadians who were formerly detained in Egypt will return home soon. Stephen Harper says "lack of clarity and co-ordination within the bureaucracy" is preventing the men's exit from Egypt.
