Anonymous hotline set up to curb athlete doping

The overseers of Canada's elite athletes are launching a Crime Stoppers-like hotline, to try curbing the use of performance-enhancing drugs in amateur sport. A million dollars will also go towards athlete testing ahead of the Olympics.
