RCMP explain 'Highway of Tears' link to dead prisoner

RCMP say they believe a violent Oregon inmate was responsible for at least one of the 18 missing women cases in B.C.'s "Highway of Tears" investigation. Insp. Gary Shinkaruk says Bobby Jack Fowler's DNA has been linked to a 1974 murder.
