Military bases taking precautions after Ottawa shooting: Forces
The military confirmed the death of a soldier shot at the National War Memorial in Ottawa Wednesday. Maj.-Gen. Christopher Coates says Canadian Forces bases across the country are taking "precautions" to assure staff safety.
