Charges laid in attacks connected to B.C. Justice Institute

RCMP Chief Supt. Kevin Hackett says two men have been arrested and charged in arson attacks and shootings involving more than a dozen people linked to the British Columbia Justice Institute. Hackett says the crimes had gang connections.
