Obama's Keystone XL rejection gets mixed reaction in Canada

Alberta Premier Rachel Notley says she's "disappointed" by how U.S. President Barack Obama described Alberta oil as "dirty" in rejecting the Keystone XL pipeline. NDP Leader Tom Mulcair, however, says he's "pleased" by the decision.
