PA Library photo of The Prince of Wales. : The Prince of Wales was officially opening a state-of-the-art building for the emergency services today, Wednesday 4th June 2003. He was being given a tour of the TriService Centre in Quedgeley, Gloucestershire, which houses the county's emergency service control rooms, as well as the Police contact centre and the Fire and Ambulance headquarters. During the visit, Charles was meeting staff from all three emergency services and viewing the centre's facilities.
