BRITAIN FIREWORKS FIRE

PREMIUM -- An aerial view taken Monday, Dec 4 2006, of the scene where two firefighters were killed in a blaze at a fireworks factory near Lewes, about 60 miles (100 kilometers) south of London, in southern England, on Sunday. The fire sent explosions high into the sky for hours and created a plume of smoke visible for miles (kilometers), police said Sunday. The fire began at the factory around 2 p.m. Sunday afternoon, Sussex Police spokeswoman Sue Heard said and police have launched an investigation into the cause of the fire.
