Prime Minister Tony Blair arrives back at Downing Street on Thursday August 28, 2003, after giving evidence at the Hutton Inquiry at the High Court. The inquiry was set up to investigate how Dr David Kelly apparently came to take his own life after being identified as the likely source of a report by BBC Radio 4 Today programme defence correspondent Andrew Gilligan, in which the journalist suggested that the dossier was transformed at Downing Streets behest.
