Two demonstraters, (marked by red flag), remain chained to the top of the 450ft Millennium Wheel in London. The two were originally part of a group who evaded security to scale the 1,500-tonne structure in protest at the building of dams in Spain and India. *The demonstrators are from the Basque environmentalist group Solidarios con Itoitz and Indian group Narmada UK.
