Young anti-smoking protesters from Rhyl Primary School in London's Kentish Town feign smoker's coughs at Downing Street, watched over by actor David Prowse - better known as the Green Cross Code Man, and Darth Vader. The group wanted to present a petition, calling for higher tax on cigarettes, to the Chancellor of the Exchequer, Nigel Lawson, but were not allowed to go down Downing Street.
