Liberals put cap on veterans' medical marijuana reimbursement

The federal government is putting a three-gram daily cap on medical marijuana reimbursements for veterans. Veterans Affairs Minister Kent Hehr says veterans can apply for greater amounts under "exceptional circumstances."
