Newsroom Ready: Marijuana to be sold by private retailers in Manitoba

Manitoba has unveiled its plan for the sale of marijuana once the drug becomes legal in July 2018. Premier Brian Pallister says the sale of pot exclusively through private retailers is the best way to eliminate the black market.
