Rail tanker model involved in Lac-Megantic facing early ban

The rail tanker car model involved in the 2013 Lac-Megantic tragedy will be banned from transporting crude oil as of Nov. 1. Transport Minister Marc Garneau said the move comes after several "emotional" visits to the Quebec town.
