Horgan says public health care must be reimagined as premiers meet

B.C. Premier John Horgan says Canada’s premiers, who are meeting in Victoria this week, want the federal government to step up to address gaps in health care funding. Premiers have called on Ottawa to increase health funding to 35 per cent, from what they say amounts to 22 per cent.
