MAP - A look at the path of totality (the area where the sun will be totally blocked by the moon) during the total solar eclipse on April 8, 2024. The duration of totality will be longer towards the centre of the path. Areas outside of the path will see a partial eclipse, where the moon will block a portion of the sun, with the portion being greater the closer you are to the path of totality.
