At least one person has died and another nine injured on Friday after a Russian missile strike hit a residential building in the central Ukrainian city of Dnipro, authorities have said. Video footage shared by the country’s interior ministry showed a multi-storey building with blown out top floors, and a man being cut out of a car caught in the falling debris.
