Newfoundland fisherman John Efford says he's come to an agreement with the provincial government that will make it easier for harvesters to make a living. He's led protests demanding more "free enterprise" in the fishery, and the demonstrations forced the province to delay the presentation of its annual budget. (March 22, 2024)
