Powerful winds from post-tropical storm Fiona blasted Sydney, Nova Scotia, as the storm made landfall. Arlene Grafilo had to take shelter at a local hockey arena with her husband and two children after a tree crashed down on the duplex where they live, trapping them in the basement apartment.
