Saskatchewan projects $1 billion surplus budget

The Saskatchewan government has tabled a budget that projects a $1 billion surplus for the coming fiscal year. Premier Scott Moe says it will offer growth for everyone, but Opposition NDP Leader Carla Beck says the budget falls short, especially for people who need relief from the rising cost of living and better access to health care.
