Tam says if Omicron remains dominant, another big wave unlikely

Canada's chief public health officer says as long as Omicron is the dominant variant circulating in Canada, we're unlikely to see another big wave of COVID-19 infections. Dr. Theresa Tam also described her own decision-making process when it comes to wearing a mask, saying she takes into account the place she's visiting, what she's doing, her personal medical conditions, who she's visiting and the fact that she's been vaccinated and boosted.
