Alberta’s Kenney urges trade sanctions if no satisfaction with U.S. on Keystone decision

Alberta Premier Jason Kenney says new U.S. President Joe Biden needs to at least give Canada a hearing on the Keystone XL pipeline project and, if not, Canada should impose trade sanctions. Biden cancelled the pipeline expansion in his first day in office, something he has been promising to do for months.
