A York Region paramedic who was fired over a Facebook comment that criticized Israel’s military actions in the Middle East says she is hoping to be reinstated soon. Speaking with reporters for the first time after her termination, Katherine Grzejszczak says she is going through challenging and difficult times as she is waiting for the results of the grievance filed on her behalf by the union representing her.
