Jobs Minister Patty Hajdu says the upcoming federal budget will include $75 million over three years for an apprenticeship training program focused on building trades. Hajdu says Canada wants to use as much Canadian labour as possible as it rolls out policies for major home building and national infrastructure projects. (Oct. 27, 2025)
