Alberta teachers won't engage in work-to-rule as classes resume: union

Alberta Teachers' Association president Jason Schilling says teachers will abide by a back-to-work order and will not engage in illegal actions such as work-to-rule. He says such actions could lead to punishing fines under Alberta's new bill that killed a provincewide teachers strike, but he's urging teachers to reconsider their extra commitments.
