Workers at a DTEK thermal power plant say the facility is facing its worst level of destruction since the start of Russia’s full-scale invasion, following one of the latest strikes targeting Ukraine’s energy infrastructure. The attack’s timing, the plant’s location and the employees’ full names cannot be disclosed under DTEK security rules.
