Overcrowding and difficult living conditions force some residents from remote northern Ontario First Nations to move south to bigger cities like Thunder Bay. And communities differ on how new development and infrastructure should be handled. But there is hope in new housing construction. This video was supported by the Pulitzer Center. (Dec, 10, 2025)
