Newsroom Ready: Whitecaps, City of Vancouver move forward on new stadium

The Whitecaps and the City of Vancouver have signed an agreement that will allow the Major League Soccer team to explore building a new stadium and entertainment district on the city’s eastern edge. Vancouver Mayor Ken Sim says the new memorandum of understanding is exciting for the team and the city alike. (Dec. 11, 2025).
