Thousands of union members rallied outside the B.C. legislature as politicians returned for the fall session. British Columbia General Employees' President Paul Finch says his union will ramp up job action until it gets a reasonable offer, but Finance Minister Brenda Bailey says the government wants a deal that is also fair to taxpayers.
