Ottawa says Churchill, Man., rail repair will be done by winter

International Trade Minister Jim Carr says a $117-million federal commitment to fixing the rail link to Churchill, Manitoba, will help Canada’s reconciliation with Indigenous Peoples. The line was washed out by flooding in 2017.
