Prime Minister Justin Trudeau is promising federal backing and resources as municipal leaders look to address the high cost of housing in the country. Speaking to the Federation of Canadian Municipalities, Trudeau also says his government will look to get provinces and territories to address an affordability crisis in too many cities.
