N.S. to have quarantine rules for N.B. travellers as it opens borders Wednesday

New Brunswick travellers can enter Nova Scotia for any reason, but they will be subject to isolation requirements based on their vaccination status and testing. The move follows New Brunswick's decision to reopen its borders to Canadian travellers last week.
