Alberta government projects $18.2-billion deficit in 2021-22 budget

Alberta Finance Minister Travis Toews says the 2021-22 budget is focused on bolstering the province's health care system, preparing for a post-pandemic recovery and making sure government services are delivered efficiently. The government is projecting a deficit of $18.2 billion for the upcoming year and more red ink for the next two.
