Dube weighs in on vaccine campaign, vaccine passports

Quebec Health Minister Christian Dube says he’s pleased with Day One of appointments for the province’s mass vaccination rollout for those 85 and up. As the province vaccinates more, Dube says he’s open to the idea of a digital vaccine passport that would provide people with proof of vaccination.
