Environment and Climate Change Minister Jonathan Wilkinson says proposed changes to the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, include a right to a healthy environment and better chemicals management. Wilkinson says this will offer better protection to vulnerable populations, like the elderly, pregnant women, children and Indigenous peoples.
