Conservative MP James Bezan challenges Prime Minister Justin Trudeau's assertion that he takes sexual misconduct in the Canadian Armed Forces seriously after the deputy minister of defence told the CBC a report on the issue by former Supreme Court justice Marie Deschamps was treated like a "checklist." Trudeau says the military needs a change in culture and there is more work to do.
