As N.L. outbreak wanes, authorities looking back at what happened

Early in February, a COVID-19 outbreak in the St. John's metro region upended Newfoundland and Labrador's provincial election and prompted officials to lock down the province. The outbreak first began in high school students and public health officials are now looking at what happened.
