Assembly of First Nations National Chief RoseAnne Archibald joined Tk’emlúps te Secwépemc Chief Rosanne Casimir in Kamloops, B.C., to mark the first National Day for Truth and Reconciliation on Thursday. The nation revealed in May that at least 200 unmarked graves had been found at a former residential school.
