Freeland calls U.S. delay on tariffs a ‘step forward’

Foreign Affairs Minister Chrystia Freeland says Canada will continue to push for a “full and permanent” exemption to planned American tariffs on steel and aluminum. The U.S. delayed a decision on the move by another month on Tuesday.
