Newsroom Ready: Indefinite solitary confinement unconstitutional: B.C. judge

A British Columbia Supreme Court judge has struck down a law permitting federal prisons to place inmates in solitary confinement indefinitely. The B.C. Civil Liberties Association says the practice hinders prisoners' rehabilitation.
