CINCINNATI. x--09s. U-S federal authorities say an Ohio-based wholesale drug distributor that's been linked before to the opioid drug crisis has been charged in a painkiller pill distribution conspiracy case. Two former executives of the company Miami-Luken and two pharmacists were indicted in U-S District Court in Cincinnati. Attorney Ben Glassman says it's rare that pharmaceutical distributors are held responsible for their role in the chain of illegal opioids.
