WASHINGTON. x--07s. One of the main targets of U-S President Donald Trump's latest attacks is vowing to stay right where she is. Ilhan Omar, a Democrat from Minnesota, says in a tweet this morning that she's already where she belongs -- in the U-S House of Representatives -- and her critics will just have to "deal." Reporter Sagar Meghani (SAH'-gur meh-GAH'-nee) says Omar has tweeted several times today.

TAG: The response from Omar -- a Somali-born U-S citizen -- comes after Trump continued his attacks on her and three other Democratic congresswomen of colour at a rally last night. Omar came in for the harshest criticism from the president, prompting chants of "Send her back!" from the North Carolina crowd.
