VICTORIA. x--19s. Prime Minister Justin Trudeau says his government has done more for climate change than any government in the history of Canada, but there is still more work to do. He made the comments after joining Premier John Horgan in Victoria to announce funding for 118 new buses in B-C. He says it's time to be blunt about the Trans Mountain pipeline expansion.
