VICTORIA. x--21s. Prime Minister Justin Trudeau says people in B-C have been struggling with the high cost of gas and he is pleased the province is holding an inquiry into the issue. He made the comments at an announcement in Victoria about funding for new buses. He was asked whether he would consider giving federal funding to support a refinery in B-C.
