Legal pot ‘moving forward’ despite Tory senators’ vow: Trudeau

The prime minister said the government is going ahead with its plan to legalize marijuana, hours before the Senate was set to vote on the bill. All 33 Conservative senators had pledged to vote against Bill C-45 on Thursday.
