Canada has announced that fully vaccinated U.S. citizens and permanent residents can visit the country without a quarantine requirement as of Aug. 9. Travellers from the rest of the world will follow on Sept. 7. Prime Minister Justin Trudeau discussed the federal announcement on Monday in Brampton, Ont.
