New testing requirements at airports ramping up as quickly as possible: Duclos

Health Minister Jean-Yves Duclos says capacity to test international travellers at airports isn't fully in place yet but increased 60 per cent since Wednesday. Duclos said people who are travelling outside of Canada, except those in the U.S. should prepare to have the new rules applied when they return.
