B.C. flood-hit areas now shifting to recovery mode: Farnworth

Public Safety Minister Mike Farnworth says the scale of the flood damage is extraordinary after visiting the areas Friday. He says the province will now move into recovery and debris management mode about three weeks after the area was hit with floods.
